AI interior redesign

Redesign your interior from a single photograph.

Left is the room as it was photographed. Right is the same room, restyled. Nothing was rebuilt in between.

How it behaves

The room stays. Everything in it changes.

The model works image to image, from your photograph rather than from a floor plan. Walls, windows, ceiling height and the angle you shot from all survive the render; what gets replaced is the furniture, the materials, the textiles and the light. That is the difference between a redesign you can show a seller and a picture of a different house.

Leave empty-room mode off and it restyles a furnished space. Switch it on and it furnishes an empty one, which is what virtual staging means. Exterior mode runs a stricter brief again, so a facade gets new planting, paint and finishes without the building quietly changing shape.

Style references

Sixteen houses, and forty-nine other ways to steer it.

Naming a furniture house tells the model which vocabulary to reach for: the woods, the upholstery weights, the proportions that house is known for. These are style references rather than affiliations, and nothing you generate is furnished from anybody's actual catalogue. The rest of the catalogue steers the same render a different way.

01Upload the roomA photograph from a phone is enough. JPG or PNG, up to 50 MB, dropped in or picked from the images already attached to one of your listings.
02Say what it should becomeChoose a space, or leave it to automatic room detection and let the model read the photograph. Then steer with any combination of theme, palette, furniture house, designer, magazine, location and destination, or just write the brief yourself.
03Compare, regenerate, keepThe render arrives beside the original on a slider. Regenerate as often as you like; each attempt is priced the same and the earlier ones stay in your history. Run the crisp upscale on the one you keep.
Staged, not built

Empty rooms are the hardest thing to sell.

Empty-room mode furnishes the space instead of restyling it, on the photograph you already have, for twenty cents.

The old line items

Staging has always been priced by the room.

Ranges below are the market figures recorded in OpenLuxe's own virtual-staging brief, quoted by category rather than by vendor because published third-party pricing goes stale within a season.

How rooms get stagedTypical costTurnaround
Physical staging, whole home$1,500 – $5,0002 to 3 days
A professional stager, per property$500 – $3,000Days
A per-room virtual staging service$199+ per room24 to 48 hours
A per-image virtual staging service$16 – $89 per image24 to 48 hours
OpenLuxe20 cash credits, $0.20Queued, minutes

One cash credit is one cent. A crisp upscale on the render you keep is 1 credit. Regenerating costs the same as the first attempt, which is the point: a result you dislike is twenty cents, not a revision request.

A virtually staged photograph shows furniture that is not in the property. Most listing platforms expect a "virtually staged" note in the description, and OpenLuxe does not add that note for you. Treat the disclosure as your job.

What it costs

Credits, not a seat.

A room redesign is 20 cash credits, twenty cents. Buy credits outright, or take a recurring grant. Either way you are paying for renders you asked for, not for a licence that runs whether you open the tool or not.

100 credits for a pre-approval

If you are shopping for a mortgage or looking at refinancing, answer the pre-approval questions and we will introduce you to partner lenders. Finishing the form adds 100 cash credits to your account, which is five room redesigns.

Open-house hosts can also cover their guests' credits, so a walk-in redesigns a room in the house at the host's expense rather than their own.

Recurring credit grants

Annual plans bill once a year at a lower monthly rate. The credit grant shown on each tier is per billing period, so read both numbers.
