What can I upload?
PDF, JPG, PNG, DOC, DOCX files up to 25 MB. Sending for signature needs a PDF.
When do expiry alerts go out?
At 30, 14, 7, 3, 1 days before a contract's end date.
Can a contract need approval before it goes out?
Yes. Request approval from one or more people on a document, in order. Each approver approves or rejects it.
Where are contracts stored?
In encrypted storage reserved for sensitive documents, separate from ordinary uploads. Opening a file goes through a short-lived private link.
