Every section, before you build anything.
Create a listing and its site is generated with it, from a sixteen-section template. Here are nine of those sections, rendered rather than described.
- Address
- Each site publishes on its own address subdomain, free, over HTTPS.
- Privacy
- A site can carry a password, a separate address password, or hide the street and postcode while staying public.
- Not an MLS
- OpenLuxe provides no MLS or IDX feed. Listings come from your own entry, the marketplace, or a brokerage API connection we set up with you.

Your Dream Home
The two headline lines, the scrim strength and the alignment are all settings on the section, so the same photograph can carry a light treatment or a heavy one without a re-shoot.
Two headline lines over the lead photograph, with a contrast scrim you set from 0 to 100 and up to four action buttons. Layout and alignment are both configurable; this is one of the five sections the template marks as required.

Full websites
A multi-page site built section by section, with 16 section types and a library of drag-in components including six media players. Every generated page is scored by a critic that computes WCAG contrast and checks for dead anchors, missing alt text and unpainted backgrounds before the page is considered done.
A brokerage starter
An official real-estate starter template, free, five pages and fourteen sections: home, listings, team, about and contact. It ships with live listing search and filters, an agent roster your brokerage colleagues appear in, and a home-valuation form that captures seller leads straight into the CRM.
Link pages
The one-link surface for a profile bio, with more than thirty themes in the registry and auto-fed sections that pull in your listings, blog posts, AI media, design assets, domains and stickers as they appear.
Building is free. Staying published is metered.
Nothing here is a subscription to the site itself. Credits are the platform's unit of payment and one credit is one cent, so the numbers opposite convert directly into money. Full terms are on the pricing page.
See pricing- Creating a listing and its site Free
- Listing creation is deliberately free on every plan, and the site is generated with the listing.
- Keeping a listing site published 100 credits a day
- A daily publishing fee from your cash credits, charged from a day after publishing. If the balance runs out there are three grace days before the site comes down, and republishing costs nothing.
- Traffic on a built website In your plan
- Visitors and bandwidth come out of your plan's monthly allowance. Above it, 5 credits per ten thousand extra visitors and 2 credits per extra gigabyte. Crawler traffic is counted separately and never billed.
- The address subdomain Free
- Included, over HTTPS. Buying a separate domain name through OpenLuxe is a purchase in its own right.
Start with one listing and look at the result.
The site is generated the moment the listing exists, so the fastest way to judge this is to make one and open it.
Quality is machine-checked: every generated page is scored for computed contrast and structure before it ships.
