OpenLuxe SMS/Messaging Terms of Service

Program Description
OpenLuxe (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates a vendor sourcing platform that connects property owners and listing agents with service providers and vendors.
As part of our vendor outreach program, our AI assistant Alfred places business phone calls to vendors and service providers to discuss potential service opportunities.
During these calls, vendors may request to receive follow-up text messages containing quote request form links, property photos, vendor signup links, or additional information about service opportunities.
Consent / How You Opt In
You opt in to receive SMS/MMS messages from OpenLuxe when you verbally agree during a phone call with our AI assistant, Alfred, to receive a follow-up text message.
Consent is only granted when you explicitly request or agree to receive a text during the call (e.g., “Yes, please text me the link”, “Can you send me more info?”).
No messages are sent without your explicit verbal consent during the call.
Consenting to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message Types & Frequency
Messages may include:
- Quote request form links
- Property/listing photos (MMS)
- Vendor signup links
- Service opportunity details
Message frequency varies. Typically 1–3 messages per interaction. No recurring marketing messages are sent.
Opt-Out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.

- END
- QUIT
- UNSUBSCRIBE
- REVOKE
- OPTOUT
- STOPALL
Upon opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

OpenLuxe does not charge for SMS/MMS messages, but standard carrier rates apply.
Carriers Supported
Messages are sent via major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carrier support is not guaranteed.
Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or any information collected via SMS with third parties for marketing purposes.
