Accessibility Statement

Open Labs, LLC is committed to making its platform accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We want everyone to be able to perceive, understand, navigate, and interact with our products, and we are continually working to improve the accessibility and usability of our website and apps.
Our conformance target
We aim to measure our platform against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. WCAG defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. We are working toward conformance with these guidelines; because our platform is large and continually evolving, we do not claim that every page or feature fully conforms at all times, and some areas may not yet meet every success criterion.
Measures we take
- Using semantic HTML and labeled, keyboard-navigable controls;
- Supporting keyboard navigation and visible focus;
- Providing light and dark modes and working toward sufficient color contrast;
- Building responsive layouts that adapt to different screen sizes and zoom levels;
- Including alternative text for meaningful images where feasible;
- Reviewing accessibility as part of our ongoing design and development process.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. In particular: (a) some third-party or embedded content (such as maps, video players, payment forms, and advertising) is provided by others and may not fully conform; and (b) user-generated content posted by other members may lack accessibility features such as captions or alt text. We welcome reports about these so we can address them.
Request help or report a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need information in an alternative accessible format, or need help completing a transaction, please contact us at support@openluxe.co. Please describe the page or feature, the problem you experienced, and the assistive technology or browser you were using so we can respond effectively. We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within 5–7 business days and will work with you to provide the information or complete the transaction through an alternative accessible method where a part of the platform is not yet accessible to you.
