For real estate agents
Your whole stack, one login.
You are paying 12 companies to do what one platform does. CRM and follow-up, per-listing websites, open houses that capture real contact details, calls that transcribe themselves and write your notes, AI design and direct mail, contracts and e-sign. All of it, $29 a month.
5 team seats included. 30-day money back. Cancel any time.
The math
The stack you are already paying for.
Twelve line items, twelve logins, twelve renewal dates, and none of them talk to each other. Here is what the same work costs on one platform.
| What it does | Typical tool | Per month | On OpenLuxe |
|---|---|---|---|
| CRM & follow-up | Follow Up Boss | $69 | CRM, pipeline & nurture |
| Agent website & listing marketplace | Squarespace | $23 | AI website builder, a site per listing, marketplace exposure & lead forms |
| AI phone answering | Smith.ai | $50 | AI receptionist, 24/7 |
| Power dialer | Aircall | $30 | Team dialer + live transcription |
| Open house capture | Spacio | $25 | Open houses + QR + kiosk |
| Virtual staging | BoxBrownie AI | $24 | AI interior design & staging |
| E-signature | DocuSign | $25 | Contracts & e-sign |
| Email marketing | Mailchimp | $20 | Campaigns & sequences |
| Listing video hosting | Vimeo Pro | $20 | Spots + walkthroughs |
| Design & print artwork | Canva Pro | $15 | Infinite Canvas + AI designs |
| Showing scheduler | Calendly | $12 | Calendar & booking types |
| Link-in-bio | Linktree | $9 | Link Pages |
Elsewhere pricing is typical published rates for equivalent point tools, single seat, entry plan. Your actual spend is probably higher. Portal lead programs are deliberately left out of this table: that is advertising spend, not software, and OpenLuxe does not replace it.
The whole job
Every stage of the work, and what runs it.
Not a feature list. This is the actual order of an agent's week, from a cold neighborhood to a closed file, with the app that answers each step.
Fill the pipeline.
Leads arrive two ways: they land in your inbox, or you go and get them. This handles both, and neither one needs you to retype anything into a CRM.
Capture at the door.
The paper sign-in sheet is where leads go to die. Give visitors something they actually want and they will give you their real number.
Find out who is real.
Two separate instruments, one for buyers and one for sellers. Send a link, get a score, stop spending Saturdays on people who are eighteen months out.
Work the book.
A CRM built for a business where the sales cycle is measured in years and the follow-up is the entire job.
Talk to people.
Dial from your phone or your laptop. The call transcribes itself, pulls out what matters, and offers to update the record. You approve it.
Match people to property.
Your inventory and your buyers scored against each other continuously, so the right listing finds the right client without you re-reading your own notes.
Win the listing.
Walk in with the deck, the number and the comps already built. Then send it home with them, and watch which slide they stopped on.
Market it everywhere.
One listing feeds a property site, a video spot, your own website, the marketplace and the mail. You enter it once.
Close it, and keep the market.
Paperwork, dates and money through to the table, then the part most agents skip: becoming the person that market belongs to.
The trade
They want the room restyled. You want their phone number.
A sign-in sheet asks a stranger for their contact details and gives them nothing. This gives them something worth having, and it is the listing they are standing in.
Open Creative
Your agency, without the agency.
Design it, then print it or mail it, from the same screen. No retainer, no back-and-forth on proofs, no minimum engagement.
Working alongside you
The part that does the work you keep putting off.
Assistants that can act across everything above, because everything above is in one place. Ask in plain language; they run the tool.
Why one platform
Twelve tools do not make a business. They make twelve silos.
The argument for consolidating is not really the invoice. It is that a lead captured in one place, called in another and mailed from a third never becomes a picture of a person.
A down market
Lower fixed cost is how you outlast the cycle.
When volume drops, the agents who leave are rarely the worst ones. They are the ones whose overhead did not drop with their income. Cutting $3,516 of annual software cost does not make you a better agent. It buys you the months to still be here when it turns.
Pricing
We recommend Pro. Most popular
Pro is the tier with the parts an agent's day actually runs on: CRM and pipeline, every AI assistant, email and campaigns, contracts and e-signature, deals and listings.

- 5 team seats included, then $99 once per extra teammate
- 30-day money back, no conversation required

- Listings, stores, courses, webinars and communities are open on every plan
Before you ask
The questions that actually decide it.
You still need your MLS membership, and in most places your brokerage requires it. Global Property Search is a worldwide property search with valuations, tax records, sales history and comparables. It sits alongside your MLS and gives you reach outside it. It is not an IDX feed and it does not carry brokerage entitlements.
Yes, and it is a guided import, not a CSV you pray about. Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel and Zoho are supported directly, including deals, notes, tasks and history. If it imports badly you can undo it.
Your plan covers the apps themselves. Usage that costs real money is metered in credits at a penny each: AI image and video generation, text messages, voice minutes, and published listing sites. Printing and mailing is billed at cost per piece. Chat with the assistants is not metered.
Listings, stores, courses, webinars and communities are open on every plan, including no plan, because the platform takes a cut when money moves rather than charging you to keep them. Your records are not deleted for a lapsed subscription.
Keep it. The capture forms, the qualifier, the video tours and the matched-listing pages all embed into a site you already own. The per-listing sites are additive, not a replacement for your brand site.
Both. It starts as one agent's workspace and grows into a team with shared pipeline, per-contact privacy, call campaigns split across reps and referral fees tracked between agents. If you run the whole brokerage, there is a page for that.
One login
Cancel eleven things. Keep doing all of them.
Import your database, point your open house at it this weekend, and see what a week looks like when the tools stop losing your work.
30-day money back. 5 seats included. Your MLS stays exactly where it is.
Run the whole brokerage instead? There is a page for that.
