Creating Contacts from Responses
Turn your form responses into contacts for long-term relationship management.
Creating a Contact
From a response, click Create Contact to open the contact modal.
Pre-filled Information
The modal auto-fills available data:
- First name and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Company name
Editing Before Saving
Review and edit any fields before creating:
- Correct name spelling
- Add missing phone number
- Update company information
Linked Responses
Once a contact is created:
- Response shows "Linked to Contact" badge
- Contact record includes response history
- Future responses from same email auto-link
Bulk Contact Creation
Select multiple responses and use bulk actions:
- Check the boxes for multiple responses
- Choose "Convert to Contacts" action
- All selected responses become contacts
Contact Integration
Created contacts sync with:
- Your Contacts database
- Email marketing lists
- CRM integrations
