Quickly find the responses you need with powerful search and filtering tools.
Search Bar
Type in the search box to find responses by:
- Email address
- First or last name
- Company name
- Subject line
- Message content
Search updates as you type with a brief delay.
Source Type Filter
Filter by where responses originated:
- All Sources (default)
- Listing Inquiry
- Property Form
- Presentation
- Email Campaign
- Custom Form
- Open House
Status Filter
Filter by response status:
- All Statuses (default)
- New
- Viewed
- Replied
- Converted
- Archived
Combining Filters
Use multiple filters together:
- Search + Source Type
- Search + Status
- Source Type + Status
- All three combined
Clearing Filters
Reset your view:
- Clear search box
- Set dropdowns to "All"
- Page reloads with full list
Pagination
For large response lists:
- 25 responses per page
- Previous/Next navigation
- Shows total count
