Using the Asset Library

The Asset Library stores all your created marketing materials for easy access and management.

Accessing the Library

1. Open Asset Manager
2. Click Asset Library card
3. Your assets load automatically

Filtering Assets

Use filter buttons to narrow down:

Click any filter button to apply it.

Asset Cards

Each asset displays:

• Preview - Visual thumbnail
• Name - Asset title
• Type - Print or Digital
• Date - When created
• Dimensions - Size info

Preview Options

Quick Preview:

• See thumbnail on card
• Hover for larger view

Full Preview:

• Click View button
• Opens fullscreen modal
• See complete design

Managing Assets

Edit Asset:

1. Click Edit button
2. Opens design editor
3. Make changes
4. Save updates

Delete Asset:

1. Click trash icon
2. Confirm deletion
3. Asset permanently removed

Order Prints:

1. Click Order button
2. Goes to print workflow
3. Configure and checkout

Add to Cart:

1. Click Add to Cart
2. Saved for later
3. Order when ready

Pagination

For many assets:

• 12 assets per page
• Previous/Next buttons
• Page indicator shows position
• Item count displayed

Empty State

If no assets exist:

• "No assets found" message
• "Create New Asset" button
• Quick link to start designing

Tips

1. Use filters to find specific types
2. Preview before ordering
3. Edit to make quick changes
4. Add to cart for bulk ordering
