Understanding Video Lists
Video Lists are collections of related videos that provide detailed coverage of your property. Think of them as episodes in a series.
What are Video Lists?
Structure:
- A Video Tour can have multiple Video Lists
- Each list contains related videos
- Lists can be reordered
- Lists can be imported from other tours
Examples:
- "Kitchen Tour" - all kitchen videos
- "Master Suite" - bedroom and bathroom
- "Outdoor Living" - patio, pool, garden
- "Neighborhood" - local area highlights
Creating Video Lists

Open List Manager:
- Click Manage Lists button
- Or the gear icon in the lists section

Create New List:
- Enter a name for your list
- Click Create or press Enter
- List appears in your navigation

Select List:
- Click on list name to select it
- Upload videos to this list
Organizing Lists
Reorder Lists:
- Open List Manager
- Drag lists using the handle (⋮⋮)
- Drop in new position
- Order saved automatically
Rename List:
- Click edit icon next to list name
- Type new name
- Save changes
Delete List:
- Click delete icon
- Confirm deletion
- All videos in list are removed
Video List Navigation
Desktop:
- Horizontal navigation shows all lists
- Click to switch between lists
- Arrows for scrolling if many lists
Mobile:
- Swipe to navigate lists
- Tap to view videos
- Vertical scrolling within list
List Best Practices
Naming:
- Use clear, descriptive names
- Keep names short
- Consider viewer perspective
Organization:
- Group related content
- Order logically (flow of tour)
- Don't create too many lists
Content:
- Each list should have a theme
- Include 3-10 videos per list
- Maintain consistent quality
