Every response in your Response Center comes from a specific source, helping you understand where leads originate.
Source Types
Listing Inquiry
Contact forms from property listing pages. These typically include buyer/seller interest and specific property questions.
Property Form
Lead capture forms embedded on property websites. Often used for requesting showings or more information.
Presentation
Form submissions from AI-generated presentations. Captures interest from presentation viewers.
Email Campaign
Responses from email marketing campaigns. Tracks engagement and replies from email recipients.
Custom Form
Your own form templates created in the Form Builder. Fully customizable for any purpose.
Open House
Sign-in forms from open house events. Captures visitor information and follow-up preferences.
Filtering by Source
Use the source filter dropdown to view responses from specific sources:
- Click the source type dropdown
- Select the source type to filter
- View only matching responses
Source Context
When viewing a response detail, the source section shows:
- Source type and label
- Campaign or form name (if applicable)
- Link to view the original source
