Overview
OpenLuxe uses a credit-based system for premium features like AI generation, design exports, and marketplace transactions.
Checking Your Credit Balance
Desktop
- Look at the top navigation bar for your credit count
- Click your profile icon and select Credits for detailed history
- Access Settings → Billing for subscription details
Mobile
- Tap the hamburger menu (☰) in the top-left
- Your credit balance appears at the bottom of the menu
- Tap Credits to view history and purchase options

- Real-time balance display in navigation
- Detailed transaction history table
- Filter by date, type, and amount
- Export transactions to CSV
- Auto-reload settings with customizable threshold
Purchasing Credits
- Click Buy Credits in the credits section
- Select a credit package from the pricing table
- Choose payment method (card on file or new payment)
- Review and confirm purchase
- Credits are added instantly
Subscription Management
- View current plan details
- Compare available plans side-by-side
- Upgrade or downgrade with prorated billing
- Download invoices in PDF format
Mobile View

- Balance shown as large number with recent trend
- Swipe-enabled transaction list
- Pull-to-refresh for latest balance
- Simplified filter options (tap to expand)
Purchasing Credits
- Tap Buy Credits button
- Scroll through credit package cards
- Tap desired package to select
- Confirm with Touch ID/Face ID if enabled
- Success confirmation with animation
Touch Actions
- Pull down: Refresh balance and history
- Swipe left on transaction: View details
- Tap credit package: Select for purchase
- Long-press transaction: Copy transaction ID
Subscription Management
- View plan as full-screen card
- Tap Change Plan for options
- Swipe between plan comparisons
- Invoices open in mobile viewer
Credit Usage
Credits are consumed by:
- AI content generation (varies by model)
- Design template exports
- Premium marketplace listings
- Lead purchases
- Advanced analytics reports
Tips
- Enable auto-reload to never run out during important tasks
- Check the credits indicator before starting AI-intensive work
- Bulk credit packages offer better value
