Setting Primary Brands

Primary brands determine which brand identity is applied to your designs and content.

What Are Primary Brands?

Your primary brands are:

  • The brands currently selected at each level
  • Used when generating content
  • Applied to designs automatically
  • Shown in your profile

Selecting Primary Brands

From Brand Manager:

  1. Main Brand:

    • Click "Select Brand"
    • Choose from available brands
    • Click to set as primary
  2. Brokerage:

    • Click "Select Brokerage"
    • Choose from available brokerages
    • Must belong to selected Main Brand
  3. Office:

    • Click "Select Office"
    • Choose from available offices
    • Must belong to selected Brokerage
  4. Team:

    • Click "Select Team"
    • Choose from available teams
    • Must belong to selected Office
  5. User Brand:

    • Click "Select UserBrand"
    • Choose from available user brands
    • Your personal brand identity

Selection Order

Important: Select brands from top to bottom:

  1. First select Main Brand
  2. Then select Brokerage
  3. Then select Office
  4. Then select Team
  5. Finally select User Brand

Lower levels depend on higher selections.

Removing Primary Brands

To Remove a Selection:

  1. Find the brand selector
  2. Click "Remove" or the X icon
  3. Selection is cleared
  4. Dependent selections also clear

Cascade Effect: Removing a higher-level brand clears lower levels:

  • Remove Main Brand → Clears all selections
  • Remove Brokerage → Clears Office, Team, User Brand
  • Remove Office → Clears Team, User Brand
