Send Notification Automation Action
The Send Notification action delivers in-app notifications when triggers fire. Keep your team informed without leaving the platform.
Notification Delivery
Notifications appear in:
- Notification bell (top navigation)
- Desktop push notifications (if enabled)
- Mobile push notifications (if app installed)
- Email digest (based on user preferences)
Recipient Options
Owner: Notify the kanban board owner.
Assigned User: Notify the card's assigned user.
Specific User: Notify a predetermined team member.
All Board Members: Notify everyone with board access.
Configuration
Title: The notification headline.
Message: The notification body. Supports template variables.
Link: Optional link to include (defaults to card).
