Response Center Overview
The Response Center is your centralized hub for managing all form submissions and inquiries from across your marketing efforts.
What Gets Collected
Responses from multiple sources flow into the Response Center:
- Listing Inquiries: Contact forms on property websites
- Property Forms: Lead capture from property sites
- Presentations: Forms within AI presentations
- Email Campaigns: Responses from email marketing
- Custom Forms: Your own form templates
- Open House: Sign-in and registration forms
Accessing Response Center
- Navigate to Farm from the sidebar
- Click Response Center
- View all your collected responses
Dashboard Stats
The top of the page shows key metrics:
- New: Unread responses requiring attention
- Today: Responses received today
- This Week: Weekly response count
- Conversion Rate: Percentage of converted leads
Quick Actions
From any response, you can:
- View full details
- Create a contact
- Add to a kanban board
- Send a reply email
- Schedule on calendar
- Archive when done
