Publishing Your Video Tour

Publishing makes your video tour visible to the world. Learn the requirements and process for going live.

Publishing Requirements

For Spot (Trailer):

• Video must be uploaded
• Processing must be complete
• Preview should be visible

For Video Lists:

• At least one video list required
• At least one video with playback ready
• Video must be fully processed

Publishing Your Spot

1. Verify Spot Ready:

   • Preview plays correctly
   • No processing indicator

2. Click Publish Spot:

   • Find the Publish Spot button
   • Click to publish

3. Confirmation:

   • Status changes to "Published"
   • QR code generates
   • Spot now accessible via URL

Publishing Video Lists

After your Spot is published:

1. Verify Lists Ready:

   • Each list has at least one processed video
   • All videos show previews

2. Click Publish Video Lists:

   • Button enables when ready
   • Click to publish all lists

3. Confirmation:

   • Full video tour now live
   • All lists accessible to viewers

Credit System

Spot Credits:

• Published spots use credits daily
• Credits charged every 24 hours
• Stop publishing to stop charges

Grace Period:

• If credits run low, grace period starts
• 3 days to add credits
• After grace period, spot auto-archives

Viewing Published Tour

Share Link:

• Copy the tour URL
• Share via social, email, text

QR Code:

• Download generated QR code
• Use on print materials
• Scans lead directly to tour

Embed:

• Embed in websites
• Share on social platforms

Preview Before Publishing

Preview Panel:

• Shows how tour will look
• Play through videos
• Check video quality
• Verify content order

Unpublishing

To take a tour offline:

• Archive the spot
• Video tour becomes private
• Can republish anytime
