Campaign Status
Campaigns have two states:
Draft
- Not publicly accessible
- Use preview link to test
- Continue editing
- Yellow status badge
Active
- Publicly accessible
- Accepting submissions
- Green status badge
- Can still be edited
Activating Your Campaign
- Open campaign management
- Click Activate Campaign
- Campaign goes live
- Shareable link works
Deactivating
To pause a campaign:
- Click Deactivate
- Campaign stops accepting submissions
- Existing data preserved
- Reactivate anytime

Each campaign gets a unique URL:
- Format:
yoursite.com/c/campaign-slug - Copy and share anywhere
- Works on all devices
QR Codes
Generate scannable codes:
- Enable QR code option
- Customize colors
- Download for print
