Preparing Your Listing with the Prepare Tool

The Prepare tool helps you get your listing ready before publishing. Upload photos, import from external sites, and generate AI-optimized descriptions.

Accessing Prepare

1. Open a listing
2. Click Prepare in the sidebar
3. Begin adding content

Listing Title

Set Your Title:

1. Enter a descriptive title
2. Include key features (beds, location)
3. Make it search-friendly

Example Titles:

• "Stunning 4BR Ocean View Home in Malibu"
• "Modern Downtown Condo with City Views"
• "Historic Victorian with Original Details"

Uploading Images

Drag and Drop:

1. Drag images from your computer
2. Drop into the upload area
3. Images auto-upload

Click to Browse:

1. Click the upload area
2. Select files from your device
3. Multiple selection supported

Supported Formats:

• JPEG, PNG, WebP
• High resolution recommended
• Up to 20MB per image

Image Management

Reorder Images: Drag and drop to arrange display order.

Set Featured Image: First image becomes the featured/cover image.

AI SEO Descriptions: Each image gets an AI-generated SEO description for better search visibility.

External Links

Link to Listing Sources:

• Zillow
• Redfin
• Realtor.com
• MLS

Import from External Sites:

1. Paste external listing URL
2. Click Import
3. Data auto-populates

Best Practices

1. Upload at least 10-15 quality photos
2. Include all rooms and exterior
3. Use natural lighting photos
4. Add external links for credibility
5. Review AI descriptions for accuracy
