Overview
OpenLuxe sends notifications for important events like messages, leads, transactions, and system updates. Customize which notifications you receive and how.
Accessing Notification Settings
Desktop
- Click the bell icon in the top navigation
- Select Settings (gear icon) in the dropdown
- Or navigate to Settings → Notifications
Mobile
- Tap the bell icon in the header
- Tap the gear icon in notifications panel
- Or go to Menu → Settings → Notifications

Notification Center
- Click bell icon to open dropdown panel
- Shows recent notifications grouped by type
- Mark all read button at top
- Click any notification to navigate to related item
- Tabs: All, Unread, Messages, Leads, System
Settings Panel
- Toggle switches for each notification type
- Email frequency: Instant, Daily Digest, Weekly, Off
- Sound preferences for in-app alerts
- Desktop push notification controls
- Quiet hours configuration (no notifications during set times)
