The Listings Mini App gives you quick access to your property listings directly from the design sidebar. Select photos for AI redesign without leaving the designer.
Accessing Listings
- Open the Design sidebar
- Click the Mini Apps tab
- Select Listings
Quick Filters
Apply preset filters with one click:
- Luxury - High-end properties
- Starter Home - Entry-level properties
- Family Home - 4+ bedrooms
- Investment - Multi-family properties
- Waterfront - Water-adjacent properties
- New Build - New construction
Location Search
- Enter address, city, or zip
- Set distance radius (1-100 miles/km)
- Toggle between Miles and KM
- Results filter automatically
Advanced Filters
Click Show Filters to access:
Vibe & Style:
- Modern, Classic, Luxury
- Cozy, Rustic, Minimalist
- Eclectic, Industrial
Price & Value:
- Price range (min/max)
- Price per square foot
Rooms & Basics:
- Bedrooms (min/max)
- Bathrooms (min/max)
- Garage spaces
- Year built
Size & Area:
- Living area (sqft)
- Lot size (sqft)
Features & Type:
- Property type dropdown
- New construction, Waterfront, Pool
- Gated community checkboxes
- Lot features selection
Status Filter:
- All, Published, Draft, Archived, Deleted
Listing Cards
Each card shows:
- Property photo
- Name and price
- Address with map pin
- Bedrooms, bathrooms, sqft
- Status badge (if not published)
Working with Listings
Open Listing Button: Opens detailed modal with all photos.
Redesign with AI Button: Loads first photo directly into designer.
Listing Modal
When you open a listing:
- See all property photos
- View price and key details
- Click any photo to select for redesign
- Selected photo shows "In Design" indicator
- Continue selecting or close modal
Tips
- Use quick filters for common searches
- Save filter combinations with the Apply button
- Clear all filters to reset
- The modal stays open for multiple selections
