  4. Press Enter or click outside to save

On Mobile:

  1. Tap the + icon at the bottom of the board
  2. Select Add List
  3. Enter your list name
  4. Tap Create

Organizing Lists

  • Mobile: Long-press the list header, then drag to new position

Renaming Lists:

  1. Click/tap the list name
  2. Edit the text
  3. Press Enter or tap outside to save

List Settings

Each list has configurable settings:

  • Color: Assign a color for visual organization
  • Card Limit: Set a WIP (Work In Progress) limit
  • Default Card Type: Choose item, task, or deal
  • Collapse/Expand: Minimize lists you are not actively using

Archiving and Deleting Lists

Archive a List:

  • Click the list menu (⋮) → Archive List
  • Archived lists can be restored later

Delete a List:

  • Click the list menu (⋮) → Delete List
  • Warning: This permanently removes all cards in the list

Best Practices

  1. Keep it simple: Start with 3-5 lists
  2. Use clear names: "Backlog", "This Week", "In Progress", "Review", "Complete"
  3. Set WIP limits: Prevent bottlenecks by limiting cards per list
  4. Use consistent ordering: Keep your workflow direction consistent (left-to-right)
