Starting a New Listing
Desktop
- Click Listings in the main navigation
- Click the + New Listing button (top right)
- Or use keyboard shortcut: Cmd/Ctrl + N from listings page
Mobile
- Tap Listings in the bottom navigation
- Tap the floating + button
- Or tap Menu → New Listing

- Select category (Residential, Commercial, Land, etc.)
- Choose property type (House, Condo, Office, etc.)
- Select listing type (Sale, Rent, Lease)

- Enter address with auto-complete
- Adjust pin on map if needed
- Add unit/suite number
- Confirm neighborhood and boundaries
