Build Step: Launch Your Property Site

The Launch step is the final step in building your property site. Configure your site URL, privacy settings, and add optional sections to enhance your listing.

Subdomain Configuration

Your property site gets a unique subdomain:

1. Enter Subdomain:

   • Type your desired subdomain name
   • System checks availability in real-time
   • Green checkmark shows availability

2. Save Subdomain:

   • Click Save Subdomain when available
   • Your site will be accessible at: yoursubdomain.openluxe.co

Subdomain Tips:

• Use property address (e.g., "123-main-street")
• Keep it short and memorable
• Use hyphens instead of spaces
• Lowercase only

Custom Domain Assignment

Connect your own domain to the property:

1. Register Domain First:

   • Go to Settings → Domains
   • Register or add your domain

2. Assign to Property:

   • Select domain from dropdown
   • Click Assign Domain
   • Your property will be accessible at your custom domain

3. Remove Domain:

   • Click Remove next to connected domain
   • Property reverts to subdomain only

Private Listing Toggle

Control who can access your property site:

Public Listing:

• Anyone can view the site
• Searchable and shareable
• No password required

Private Listing:

• Toggle the Private Listing switch ON
• Visitors need a password to access
• Shows lock icon when enabled

Password Protection

When private listing is enabled:

1. View Current Password:

   • Current password displayed
   • Click copy button to copy

2. Set Custom Password:

   • Enter new password (minimum 4 characters)
   • Auto-formatted to lowercase, no special characters
   • Click Update Password

3. Share Access:

   • Copy password to share with clients
   • Send via secure messaging

Add a Section (Optional Components)

Expand your property site with additional sections:

1. Open "Add a Section" Dropdown:

   • Located at top of Launch step
   • Shows all available optional sections

2. Available Sections:

   • Interior - Additional text section with heading and paragraph
   • Film - Embed YouTube videos for property tours
   • VTour - Embed 3D virtual tour from Matterport or other providers
   • ImageGrid - Display up to 9 photos in a grid layout

3. Add Section:

   • Select section from dropdown
   • Section is added to your build steps
   • Navigate to configure it

Best Practices

1. Choose Memorable URLs: Use property address or catchy name
2. Test Privacy: Always test password access before sharing
3. Share Securely: Send passwords via secure channels
4. Add Sections Strategically: Only add sections that add value
