Asset Manager Overview
The Asset Manager is your central hub for creating, organizing, and ordering professional marketing materials in Open Creative.
Accessing Asset Manager
- Navigate to Open Creative from the sidebar
- Select your industry (e.g., Real Estate)
- Click Asset Manager
Two Main Options
When you open Asset Manager, you'll see two choices:
Asset Library:
- View all your existing assets
- Filter and search assets
- Edit, delete, or reorder materials
Create New Asset:
- Start designing new marketing materials
- Choose between print and digital (coming soon)
- Step-by-step guided workflow
What You Can Create
Print Assets (Available Now):
- Postcards
- Flyers
- Brochures
- Business cards
- Door hangers
- Bookmarks
- And more...
Digital Assets (Coming Soon):
- Social media graphics
- Email templates
- Web banners
- Video content
Asset Manager Features
For Each Asset:
- Preview thumbnails
- Asset name and type
- Creation date
- Quick actions
Available Actions:
- View - See full preview
- Edit - Modify the design
- Delete - Remove asset
- Order - Purchase prints
- Add to Cart - Save for later ordering

Breadcrumb Trail: Dashboard > Farm > Select Industry > [Industry] > Asset Manager
Tips
- Start with Asset Library to see existing work
- Use Create New Asset for fresh designs
- Filter by type to find assets quickly
- Preview before ordering
