Accessing Off-Market Section
Desktop
- Navigate to Marketplace in the main menu
- Click Off-Market tab in the marketplace header
- Or use the filter: Listing Type → Off-Market Only
Mobile
- Tap Marketplace in the bottom navigation
- Tap Off-Market tab at the top
- Or tap the filter icon and select Off-Market

Browsing Off-Market Listings
- Grid view with large property cards
- Each card shows key details: price, location, beds/baths
- "Confidential" badge indicates restricted information
- Hover over card to see quick preview
- Click to view full details (if authorized)
Filtering Options
- Price range slider
- Location (city, zip, radius)
- Property type (residential, commercial, land)
- Bedrooms and bathrooms
- Square footage range
- Listing date

Requesting Access
Verification Process
- Click/tap Request Access on any restricted listing
- Complete the verification form:
- Professional license info
- Company details
- Proof of funds or buyer qualification
- Submit for review
- Receive approval within 24-48 hours
Maintaining Access
- Keep license information current
- Respond to periodic verification requests
- Maintain active status (login at least monthly)
- Follow confidentiality agreements
